GypCarb™: Redefining Concrete Performance

At the heart of the platform is GypCarb™ — an engineered vaterite-based mineral additive.

Produced by converting CO₂ and calcium sources into a highly reactive form of calcium carbonate, GypCarb is designed to integrate directly into existing concrete production.

The result:
Higher performance concrete
Reduced cement content
Lower embodied carbon — without changing how concrete is made

This isn’t a niche solution.

Beyond Construction: A Dual-Value System

Vateris doesn’t just create one product.

Our process also co-produces high-purity potassium sulfate (SOP) — a premium fertiliser that supports healthier soils and higher agricultural yields.

This dual-output model is critical.

It strengthens project economics, accelerates adoption, and enables carbon utilisation to scale faster than single-product systems.
